Snagit is the screen capture GIF creator recommended by Bethany Lister at the Nonprofit Technology Network (NTEN). It's by the same company that creates Camtasia (which I mentioned at the learning community). There are lots of options out there that work with different devices (computer, phone, Mac, Windows, Chromebook, etc.) so find different options and play around to find your favorite!
