For more than 50 years, Meals on Wheels People has helped thousands of older adults in the Portland Metro area maintain their independence through weekly meal delivery and social connections. Join a work culture rooted in our five values: integrity, commitment, respect, inclusion, creativity, and TEAMWORK. With over 20 meal delivery centers throughout Multnomah, Washington, and Clark counties, our staff and volunteers ensure that no senior goes hungry or experiences social isolation.

As our Recruiting & Retention Specialist, you are responsible for the recruitment and placement activities for Meals on Wheels People employees, interns, and volunteers (paid and non-paid staff) . You will ensure recruitment success throughout the organization by developing recruiting plans that employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources and by developing new, creative recruiting ideas. We value a culture of equity, diverse perspectives, and collaboration at Meals on Wheels People. We are committed to the inclusion of people of color, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people, women, and people living with disabilities in our workplace and programs.
