The Outreach Coordinator is an integral part of SOLVE’s Program Department and outreach efforts. The position oversees SOLVE’s volunteer outreach plan and works to improve and coordinate the organization’s volunteer outreach efforts. The Outreach Coordinator recruits episodic volunteers for SOLVE events and key volunteers for leadership roles, promotes participation in SOLVE events to all Oregonians, and encourages giving to appropriate constituents. The position represents SOLVE at public events and oversees similar activities for volunteers. The position also includes management, training and coordination of in-office volunteers and outreach for periodic SOLVE interns.
