Sharing in case any of your organizations work with Veterans at risk of homelessness:

Transition Projects’ Veteran Services team is available to assist anyone that has served in the US military who is literally homeless or imminently at risk . There are an array of programs available to veterans including shelter, housing assistance, legal services, and additional supports. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many programs have added flexibilities and are able to serve a range of veteran situations. We need your help to get the word out! If you know of a Veteran in need, please send them our way or help them to connect to us.

Eligibility for services depends on household income, housing status, and service history. Anyone who served in the US military is encouraged to reach out.

    Services can include:

    • move-in costs
    • short term rental assistance
    • eviction prevention
    • wraparound services including but not limited to:
