With gas prices so high is anyone reimbursing volunteers that primary purpose is to drive any extra (bonus, gift card, etc).

Just to clarify, are the volunteers driving for the agency in their own vehicles during volunteer time (not to/from volunteering)?
We have always provided mileage reimbursement for our leadership volunteers for driving to trainings and team meetings. We don't cover driving to their the sites where they volunteer.
