Hello friends.  I'm doing a comparison of salaries (range and how many "steps" it takes to top out).  I believe that this information will benefit all of us.  Would you be willing to share:

• Salary range (for example 61,463-80,881)
• The number of steps (most likely this will be union positions - example 8 steps)
• Position title
• Any other info you think might be notable
• Name of company or organization (if you feel comfortable sharing that)

As Volunteer Program Supervisor at a homeless services nonprofit, I'm at $59K a year. (Started 4 years ago as "Volunteer coordinator" at $47K, they since upped to a supervisor role and increased salary.) Non-union, no steps.
