Hi Liza! I'd like ours to be more "beautiful", but overall it's fairly consise and well layed out. It's also broken into modules that are supported with training lead by staff for new and returning volunteers. We only print on on as needed basis because we make the digital copy available on our internal leadership volunteer website. I'd be happy to send you links to our materials via email since you would need a SMART volunteer google account to see them otherwise.
