Volgistics vs VolunteerHub vs Better Impact/Volunteer Impact for VMS

    Hello! It looks like this topic of Volunteer Management Software systems was asked about a couple of years ago but I wanted to reignite it as our contract with VolunteerHub is running out. We are comparing it to both Volgistics and Better Impact and I was hoping to hear from current users of these to see what they think the strengths and weaknesses are for each? Or if you have another system that you love (or even hate!), please feel free to share that too.)

    Hi Jennifer! We recently switched to Better Impact from Volgistics (which we had for over 10 years). Volgistics has been making some long-overdue updates, but it was too late for us. So far we're happy with Better Impact and like how flexible it is, even though the many ways of setting it up was overwhelming at first. 

    When I was researching alternatives to Volgistics, I put together a comparison spreadsheet of various features. If you email me I'd be happy to share a copy with you.
