During COVID, our members became very involved in launching our DEI Committee.  Last year, after resume normal activities, the committee has dwindled to 1, our Chair. 

Our membership is very vocal about our organization needing to be doing DEI work and wants us to be doing more faster but I am having a hard time getting people to volunteer to help the committee.

Any thoughts or ideas on how to make this committee work more enticing?
