Hello all.  I am creating a Handbook and Application for our organization and looking for any guidance on this topic.  Our org leads volunteers in environmental stewardship, sometimes with a crew leader and also volunteers go out alone.  In reviewing our safety protocol, I'm wondering in what cases is it advised to collect emergency contact info to have on file and are there reasons not to.  Thanks for any input!
