Developing a welcoming and inviting organizational environment for volunteer engagement requires building and sustaining strong staff-volunteer relationships. But how can we create a culture of staff-volunteer collaboration?  How might we best foster relationship-building so that staff and volunteers partner more effectively as one cohesive team?

This workshop will explore proactive approaches for facilitating stronger staff-volunteer relationships as well as reactive responses for addressing staff-volunteer conflicts. Come learn new strategies, connect with your peers, and engage in interactive professional development!
