A NOVAA Learning Community event is where volunteer management professionals gather around relevant topics to both teach and learn from their peers in facilitated conversations.

In March, please join us for a brief presentation and discussion on what Volunteer Engagement Professionals can and should do to advocate for a greater presence and voice within their organizations. Presenters Jackie Konen and Margaret Gunther will share their stories of gaining professional ground and negotiating for support of volunteer programs. 

There will be time for peer-to-peer discussion focused on the idea of promoting job equity for Volunteer Engagement professionals, so come with your ideas and questions for fellow NOVAA members!
