All of us who work with people need a way both to prove and to improve our impact. We need data to demonstrate what we are doing is making a difference. We also need data to show us how to get better at making a difference. Too often we use anecdotes or program satisfaction or superficial metrics that miss the deeper, more durable, more meaningful aspects of human and societal progress and development. We need better ways to evaluate what really matters. And we need better ways to communicate the difference we are making to others. This presentation will show us how.
