Going back to square one is never easy. What happens after your volunteer program abruptly pauses and then restarts. How do you re-energize staff who were spread out then regrouped? This is a unique time where we should focus our efforts on rebuilding the best parts of staff and volunteer relationships. Looking for tips? Have lessons learned to share?

Join Corina Sadler, CVA for an interactive training on new ways to get staff on your side, get rid of myths that follow you around and build your next level team.

Remote session, zoom link in confirmation email.
