NOVAA looks forward to hosting Sarah Howard, Recruiter with Medical Teams International. Sarah Howard has been with Medical Teams International for 20 years the last 7 of those has been spent supporting the recruitment function for this international non-profit. Most recently her responsibility has been in full cycle recruitment. Sarah works with client groups to fill both employment and volunteer needs across the organization. Finding the right talent for the right position is what she enjoys most. Sarah will share her experiences on how to build a great resume and share some interview tips. During the facilitated discussion you will be able to share your own tips on how to find and land a job!
