This learning community will focus on how volunteer administrators can effectively manage and adapt to budget cuts while maintaining program quality and volunteer engagement. Participants will be in open-discussion about sharing strategies, exploring creative solutions for resource allocation, and discussing best practices for sustaining operations with limited financial resources.
